  • Choose a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted (including by pets - please keep them in another room).

  • Lay down flat on a yoga mat, soft rug, or blanket on the ground.

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing ideally in calming tones like white or beige.
